Thai Massage

For those of you who have yet to experience the magic of Thai Massage, there are a few ways Thai Massage differs from our more traditional massage. The massage is performed without oil or lotion, and the patient is fully clothed (we recommend long yoga or workout pants and a long sleeved comfortable shirt,  but anything comfortable and movable can work for a Thai session) on a futon-like floor mat.

Thai Massage is an ideal combination of rhythmic pressure, assisted stretching, gentle twisting and mental relaxation; it is a perfect fusion of Yoga, Massage and Meditation. A Thai massage session focuses on the whole body to relax and melt tension away allowing for the mind to become lucid and clear. The aim of Thai Massage is to achieve a muscular and energetic balance of the whole body from head to toe. Eduardo’s technique also involves stretching based on yoga asanas (adapted to the needs of each person) to release tension and balance the whole body, reaching amazing therapeutic results in little time.

Thai Massage with Eduardo is easily adapted for any level of flexibility, and patients leave a Thai Massage session feeling relaxed, aligned, clear and energized.
